Module Features

Premium airborne display features

DO-160G Airborne Compliance

Fully tested to RTCA DO-160G standards, surviving low temperature/altitude, high temperature, rapid decompression, and severe flight vibration.

MIL-STD-461G EMI/EMC

Integrated electromagnetic shielding to prevent interference with critical flight deck communications and navigation receivers.

MIL-DTL-38999 Connectors

Utilizes heavy-duty circular metal shell connectors with screw-threaded couplings to prevent disconnection.

Sunlight-Readable LCD

Ultra high-brightness display panels up to 1500 nits with custom anti-reflective (AR) optical bonding layers.

Dual-Mode NVIS Backlight

Integrated MIL-STD-3009 compliant dual-mode WLED backlighting with deep dimming capabilities down to 0.1 nits for night-vision goggle flight.

28V DC Aircraft Power

Power modules comply with MIL-STD-704F, suppressing airborne transients, voltage drops, and high-frequency power surges.

Airborne Mission & Flight Deck Deployments

Engineered for transport aircraft, mission helicopters, and aerospace cabins

Our airborne displays are built from the ground up for aircraft flight panels, helicopter cabin systems, and mission-critical aviation decks. Engineered with a lightweight aviation-grade aluminum chassis and anti-corrosive treatments, these monitors withstand rapid altitude changes, decompression, and continuous flight deck vibrations in compliance with RTCA DO-160G. They feature watertight circular MIL-DTL-38999 connections and a pressure-equalizing breather. Advanced optical clear LOCA lamination completely removes the internal air gap, preventing condensation and delivering glare-free readability in direct high-altitude sunlight.

  • RTCA DO-160G environmental qualification for airborne equipment
  • MIL-STD-3009 NVIS Type I Class B night vision compatibility
  • MIL-STD-704F aircraft power input with transient surge filters
  • Full range dimming controller from 0.1 nits up to 1500 nits
