At Keetronics, custom LCD display manufacturing is driven by precision engineering and strict cleanroom protocols. Standard display modules fail when deployed in harsh outdoor, medical, or military environments because of dust ingress, condensation fogging, or low sunlight readability. We resolve these limitations by taking standard LCD panels, stripping them down in our Class 1000 cleanrooms, and bonding them optically to chemically-toughened cover lenses and capacitive touch sensors. This custom stack-up ensures maximum optical contrast, mechanical shock buffer, and ingress sealing, providing a highly reliable HMI solution.
