Integrating a conductive wire mesh over a high-resolution LCD panel usually creates visual moiré patterns due to the interference between the grid wires and display subpixels. Our engineering team solves this by offering custom-calibrated mesh orientation angles. By rotating the micro-mesh structure (typically between 15° and 45°) relative to the display matrix, we eliminate visual distortion entirely. Chemically blackened copper meshes are then direct-bonded using index-matched liquid adhesive (LOCA) to fill the gaps, preventing internal light reflection. Grounded around the perimeter using continuous conductive gaskets, these mesh filters deliver extreme shielding effectiveness (40dB to 60dB) without sacrificing color rendering or contrast.
