Electromagnetic Compatibility

Suppress compromising emissions and secure high-frequency communication signals

Standard industrial monitors leak significant electromagnetic energy through the front glass, which can interfere with tactical radios, radar receivers, and navigation systems, or leak sensitive data. Our EMI shielded monitors prevent this by laminating an ultra-fine, conductive copper micro-mesh (up to 100 OPI) directly to the display stack. This mesh, along with sputtered ITO coatings, creates a Faraday cage across the screen opening. Conductive fabric-over-foam or silver-silicone gaskets along the bezel ground the mesh to the metal casing, establishing a continuous shield. The display delivers exceptional shielding attenuation (up to 60dB) across a wide range of frequencies, while preserving display contrast and viewing angles.
