MIL-S-901D & MIL-STD-167-1A Qualified

Naval Console Displays

High-reliability naval console displays and shipboard monitors engineered for flush panel console integration, tactical command center racks, and submarine bridge consoles. Designed to meet strict MIL-S-901D (high-impact mechanical shock), MIL-STD-167-1A (shipboard vibration), MIL-STD-810G/H (environmental/salt mist), and MIL-STD-461G (EMI/EMC) standards. Built with heavy-duty corrosion-resistant aluminum casings, watertight circular MIL-DTL-38999 connectors, ITO conductive shielding glass, and optical clear lamination. Supports sunlight readability up to 1500 nits, dim-to-black controls, and isolated vessel DC/AC power systems.

Module Features

Premium naval console display features

MIL-S-901D Shockproof

Fully certified to MIL-S-901D Grade A (high impact shock) and MIL-STD-167-1A (vibration), preventing damage from mechanical hull shock.

MIL-STD-461G EMI/EMC

Integrated ITO conductive electromagnetic shielding layers block RF emission and external microwave interference.

MIL-DTL-38999 Connectors

Utilizes heavy-duty circular metal shell connectors with screw-threaded couplings to prevent disconnection.

Sunlight-Readable LCD

Ultra high-brightness display panels up to 1500 nits with custom anti-reflective (AR) optical bonding layers.

Sub-Zero ITO Heater

Automatic glass-level transparent heater maintains liquid crystal fluid motion down to extreme -40°C temperatures.

Isolated Vessel Power

Wide isolated DC (18V-36V) or AC (115V/230V) power converters withstand shipboard electrical noise, ripples, and transient surges.

Bridge & Control Room Integration

Engineered for flush-mount naval bridge and command consoles

Our naval console displays are specifically engineered for flush panel console integration on aircraft carriers, destroyers, submarines, and vessel command centers. Milled from heavy-duty marine-grade alloy with anti-corrosive powder coatings, they survive salt mist environments and extreme shipboard vibration. Featuring standard bezel-less or console flush-mounting configurations, watertight circular MIL-DTL-38999 connections, and high-impact MIL-S-901D Grade A shock resistance. LOCA optical bonding eliminates internal air-gaps, blocking condensation and maximizing legibility in extreme lighting conditions.

  • Certified to MIL-S-901D Grade A high-impact shock and MIL-STD-167-1A vibration
  • MIL-STD-461G EMI/EMC protection with ITO shielded cover glass
  • MIL-DTL-38999 threaded circular watertight metal connectors
  • Console flush-mounting bezel design with rear VESA and clamp-mount options
