Standard displays have an air gap between the LCD panel and the outer cover glass. This gap causes internal reflections, leading to a washed-out image and reduced contrast in bright environments. Moisture and dust can also seep into this air gap, causing internal fogging and panel degradation. Our optical bonding service fills this air gap completely with index-matched optical clear resin or film. This creates a solid, unified structure that optimizes light transmission, increases mechanical strength against direct impacts, prevents moisture ingress, and guarantees long-term durability in critical defense, marine, and medical deployments.
