Hermetic Layer Sealing

Features a multi-layer polyester stack bonded with high-grade acrylic adhesives to prevent moisture, oil, and dust ingress.

Crisp Tactile Feedback

Employs high-grade stainless steel domes or embossed polyester domes to give clear click confirmation on every key actuation.

Reverse-Printed Overlays

Graphic labels are printed sub-surface on polyester (Autotex) or polycarbonate foils. Text and symbols are scratch-proof and cleaning safe.

Integrated SMD LEDs

Thin surface-mount LEDs are embedded directly inside active switch cavities to provide status signals without breaking the front seal.

Custom Tail Exits

Flex tails can exit at any custom coordinate. Features standard 2.54mm pitch connectors or fine-pitch 1.0mm FPC connections.

EMI/ESD Ground Shield

Includes an integrated polyester sheet with conductive ink grids or copper sheets to block electromagnetic interference and route ESD to ground.
