Keetronics Stretchable Ink Printing technology enables the creation of conductive electronic circuits on elastic and deformable materials. Using specially formulated stretchable conductive inks, electronic traces can flex, bend, twist, and stretch while maintaining stable electrical performance.
The inks are developed by blending conductive particles such as silver or carbon into elastic polymer binders. When screen printed onto substrates like TPU films, elastic textiles, or flexible polymer sheets, the printed circuits move naturally with the material without cracking or losing conductivity.
This technology allows direct integration of sensors, LEDs, touch interfaces, and low-voltage electronic components into stretchable products. It is particularly suited for wearable electronics, smart garments, medical monitoring patches, soft robotics, and motion-sensing surfaces.
Compatible with standard screen-printing processes, Stretchable Ink Printing supports both rapid prototyping and high-volume manufacturing. The result is a lightweight, durable, and comfortable electronic solution designed for next-generation flexible and soft electronic systems.
