PCF based keyboards (Polyester Circuit Film keyboards) utilize screen-printed conductive circuits on flexible polyester film layers rather than traditional rigid circuit boards. These are widely known in the industry as...
Keetronics ( India ) Pvt. Ltd., a prominent PCB manufacturers and suppliers in India, is offering the best quality of PCB (printed circuit board), which is a new modern technological automation used for connecting keys to the keyboards and transmitting signals to the connected keyboard unit.
Our PCB base keyboards are made with high-quality materials that are usually connected to the inner surface of keyboards. Due to its advanced technological updates and mechanisms, it can be applied to multiple applications. Let’s look at its multiple types and features and how it is beneficial for use in certain applications.
Multiple types of PCB-based Membrane Keyboard
Mechanical Keyboards: In these keyboards, each keypad is attached with individual keypads or keys, which are attached with to two metal springs for pressing purposes. These PCB keypads are more durable compared to other keyboards, and multiple layers are attached to the inner surface for a spill-free structure. It is commonly used in gaming, programming and household uses.
Membrane Keyboards: It has a thin and flexible membrane connected to the overall keyboard and has a space for smooth and perfect operation. These are available in both tactile and non-tactile membrane keyboards for efficient handling in multiple types of applications.
Dome-Switched Membrane Keyboards: These are one printed rugged keyboards and are found in standard desktop models and point-of-sale systems. The dome-shaped switch is connected to each key, and when pressed, it connects to the circuit.
Cissor-Switch Membrane Keyboards: These are sensitive keyboards usually found in laptops and have a scissor-like mechanism where all keypads are connected on a flat surface. The handling of these keyboards is comfortable and preferred for long-term work.

Features of Our PCB-Based Keyboard
N-Key Rollover (NKRO): We have added the NKRO feature in our all types of keyboards for improving the performance, where it allows the number of keys to be pressed without any error in input recognition. This feature is more beneficial in multiple tasks, such as gaming and professional typing.
Anti-Ghosting: The anti-ghosting features work more effectively in our PCV base keyboards and give accurate feedback without any error when any specific keyword is pressed. This accurate feedback helps for enhancing the productivity and performance of data entry professionals and gamers.
Water and Dust Resistance: The multiple layers have been attached to our PCB-based keyboards, which are made from polyester film and consist of glass epoxy in PCF keyboards. These are helpful for using in any outer environmental conditions.
Connectivity: Our multiple types of PCB base keyboards are able to connect with wired or wireless networks such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The mechanical switches are also connected under each key for efficient wireless connection.
